The world known actor Ozcan Deniz and his ex-wife Feyza Aktan divorced 2 years ago. They have a child together , Kuzey , who currently lives with his father. Ozcan took the custody case to court .
Today was the first session of the custody case filled by Ozcan against Feyza , which took place in the Istanbul Family Court.The meeting lasted one hour.
The first to give a statement to the reporters was Feyza Aktan , where she said : “There’s nothing much to say. I will not make any statement on the subject to continue the case. I am waiting impatiently for the process”
Reporters also asked if she wanted the child to stay with her , and she asnswered : “Yes, of course I’m here for him,”
Aktan’s lawyer said, “I am sure that the Turkish Justice will make the best decision for the child . ” Aktan did not respond to a journalist’s question regarding allegations of violence against his ex-wife Özcan Deniz.
What happened in the first session ?
The first session of the custody case filed by Özcan Deniz against Feyza Aktan has been heard at the Istanbul Family Court today. While Feyza Aktan and her attorneys attended the hearing, Özcan Deniz did not attend. Press was not allowed inside due to the confidentiality decision taken in the case. At the end of the hearing, Feyza Aktan made a statement. Aktan, struggling for the custody of his son, left unanswered the allegations of violence, while saying that he would not talk about the case pursuant to the confidentiality order.
