Here’s what Jennifer Lopez does for her skin and body that looks like half her age

On July 24 this year Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 50th birthday, but the ‘clock’ seems to be years behind her. One of her latest releases that made a lot of media headlines was the re-launch of the iconic Versace dress in the presentation of the latter’s collection. In 2000, Jennifer Lopez, was only 31, excelled at the Grammy Awards with this dress, and after 19 years, she comes across as a true diva.

In addition to genes Jennifer Lopez defies time by maintaining a strict diet, training, so if you want to fight the years down a bit, follow any of the artist’s tips below.

Its typical lunch includes fish and lots of vegetables. Broccoli, peppers and green squash sprinkled with a little oil, white vinegar, and spices is her favorite salad, as is kale salad with fresh cheese and roasted pumpkin seeds. At lunch, she consumes protein. “I like pork and chicken, especially Puerto Rican!” Says Lopez.

Between meals she tries to eat dried or fresh fruit. “I always consume healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables, that I take with me everywhere,” she revealed during an interview.

Jennifer is exercising a lot and that doesn’t just include fitness. She deals in boxing, free exercise, and recently on YouTube showed that she wasn’t prepared as much as she thought, because practicing in the tube for the Hustlers movie proved to be more difficult.

Another piece of advice she gives us: Never leave home without protective creams! “I rarely get exposure to the sun, but even if I go out in the sun, I put on a lot of protective creams,” Lopez said. Not consuming alcohol, and coffee is another reason to keep skin clean and fresh: “They really ruin your skin as you age.”
